This includes measuring room dimensions, diagonals, heights, window and door openings, load-bearing structures, technical cabinets, utility connections, and more. In addition to measurements, the designer takes detailed photographs.
Many clients are uncertain about their style preferences when they initially reach out to a design studio. Our designers are skilled at asking guiding questions to understand your preferences. We use simplified questionnaires, interior photographs, and other materials to help you discover your style.
The project work commences once the design contract is signed and an initial advance payment is made by the customer. Following this, typically within 2-4 days, the designer visits the site to take measurements. After measurements, the designer schedules an initial meeting with the customer to fill out technical specifications and discuss styles, colour schemes, functional areas, and more. The first discussion generally lasts at least three hours. Subsequently, within 1-3 days, the designer presents various layout options, followed by plans for floors, ceilings, lighting, etc. Each stage is presented to the customer in multiple versions, and necessary adjustments are discussed and implemented. Once one stage is approved, discussions proceed to the next.
